Greg Dobbs

Greg Dobbs is a journalist, a professional speaker, and the author of two books himself. Life in the Wrong Lane is about the life of a foreign correspondent (LifeInTheWrongLane.com), and Better Broadcast Writing, Better Broadcast News, is a university-level textbook about writing as a journalist.

Greg has been a journalist for 45 years, spending most of his time as a correspondent— including more than a decade as a foreign correspondent
— for two American television networks. He has "boots on the ground" experience from covering news in 49 of the 50 states and more than 80 countries around the world (as well as the U.S. space program).

Greg is the winner of three Emmy awards, he also wrote for ten years as an op-ed columnist for The Denver Post, and still edits a website he co-founded called BoomerCafé.com

The Rocky Mountain Literary Festival is an annual gathering of authors and readers to provide

scholarships for local high school seniors in pursuit of their educational dreams.
